What services does bb Blanc offer?

bb Blanc is a full-service event production company delivering creative and technical expertise across audio visual, lighting, rigging, staging, sound, video, livestreaming, projection mapping, LED/LCD video walls, show calling, and entertainment sourcing. We manage every detail from concept through execution for events that demand excellence.

Do you only work on corporate events?

Not at all. We deliver both corporate and social experiences. Planning a wedding or private celebration? Visit our dedicated social division at social.bbblanc.com.

Do you offer virtual or hybrid event capabilities?

Yes. Our in-house broadcast studio, Studio41.ca, is purpose-built for virtual and hybrid event delivery. Whether it’s a livestream, webcast, or multi-venue broadcast, we handle all production with full creative support.

Do you also provide entertainment and show direction?

Absolutely. We source live entertainment, DJs, hosts, and specialty acts suited to your audience, and we manage all run-of-show logistics, including show calling, transitions, and cue coordination.

Where are you located and what regions do you serve?

Our headquarters and 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse are based in Toronto, Ontario. We serve clients across the GTA, all of Ontario, Canada, and select U.S. cities. We bring our production wherever your event takes place.

What types of events do you produce?

We specialize in corporate conferences, tradeshows, galas, award shows, product launches, AGMs, brand activations, and private celebrations. We also support press events, experiential pop-ups, and internal town halls. From high-impact stage experiences to immersive media moments, every event is tailored to your audience and objectives.

Can you work with our event planner or venue coordinator?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with planners, DMCs, and venue teams. If you’re a planner, we invite you to fill out our contact form or email us directly to book a specialized tour of our facility.

Do you offer equipment rentals only?

Our primary focus is full-service production, but we do occasionally rent large-scale gear such as LED walls, LCD video displays, projection systems, audio rigs, and lighting setups—particularly for complex shows or large venues. Availability depends on event scale, location, and timing.

How early should we get in touch?

For large-scale or custom events, we recommend reaching out 3–6 months in advance to allow for creative development, site visits, and coordination. We also accommodate short timelines when possible.
