Toronto, Canada, May 24, 2017 – bb Blanc (www.bbblanc.com), a premier provider of audiovisual and entertainment experiences, was proud to supply audiovisual support for the 2017 Biblio Bash in Toronto on April 27, 2017.
The Toronto Library Foundation partnered with Candice & Alison Events Group to create a vision for the bi-annual Biblio Bash Fundraiser at the Toronto Reference Library. Support from donors and participants help the library provide access, opportunity, and connections through essential spaces, programs, content, and technology.
Kalla Tonus-Burman, who is the Event Manager for Candice & Alison Events Group, said this about the services bb Blanc provided: “Thank you for all you did to make Biblio Bash such a great success last night—all of your hard work, rolling with the punches, and doing your best to ensure our vision did not go unnoticed! It was a pleasure and good laughs working with you all.”
The vision for Biblio Bash 2017 was a digital landscape throughout the multi-level space, which included projection mapping the balcony, LED screens for digital announcements and lighting washing the whole space with different “looks” throughout the evening. Candice & Alison Events Group entrusted bb Blanc to make their vision a reality and with their state-of-the-art LED screens, digital projection blending, processing, and multifaceted lighting techniques bb Blanc managed to transform the Toronto Reference Library into a digital landscape reality.
“All of our team members work hard event after event to provide our clients with the highest standard of audiovisual service. We enjoyed seeing the Biblio Bash 2017 vision come to life,” said Nicholas Louza, Account Manager for bb Blanc.
The event included 460 guests at the Toronto Reference Library and raised over $604,000 to support the library and its programs. Fourty-four top Canadian authors attended the event, and 12 branches were adopted.
