“Lights… Camera… Action!” Are you ready for your close-up? Our venue partners have built-in, state-of-the-art bb Blanc technology for all your video needs. These installations provide optimal sight lines, ensuring full space utilization for tables and serving stations. We have built-in screens and projectors featuring the latest in digital transmission technologies. We will take your material and content and make it work in the context of your event.

For all other venues, we offer an array of video products to meet any requirement you may have for customizing and personalizing your presentation and entertainment. Our event specialists will review your requirements and venue choice to ensure that your video needs are met.

Video Screens / Projectors / TV Monitors

Some events are larger affairs than others, but everyone attending should have the chance to see events unfold. We can make it happen with the addition of the right video equipment. You may want something as simple as monitors to share photos. On the other hand, some very large events may need live images, videos and slide shows projected on giant screens. We can accommodate both those requests and all points in between. We can provide ultra-high-definition monitors, quality projectors and video screens so that everyone can be included, no matter where in the building they may be. When your event is in one of our venues, you can take advantage of the excellent video equipment we have already installed. With no visible wires or cables and projectors subtly mounted in the ceiling, all you will experience are crystal clear big-screen images easily seen from anywhere in the room keeping all your floor space clear for guests.

Laptop/DVD Presentations

Your event is an important part of your life story. You may want to share images of the path you took to arrive at the big day. Our consultants can help advise you on the right content to include in a video or photo presentation that will be compelling, appropriate and uniquely your own. Whether you want to include childhood photos or videos, images from your courtship, engagement photos or precious memories of family members, we can supply the right technology to display a presentation that truly reflects your feelings about the day.

Digital Video Backdrops

Video can also enhance your event in ways you may have never considered. Imagine a wall-sized video image that can transport you to another time or place. A digital video backdrop can produce stunning images that can take you away to another country, change the décor of a room, or make the images of the journey that brought the couple to the altar spectacular. Digital video backdrops will help produce lifelong memories of the event. The same backdrop can be used to both dramatically change the appearance of the room, and also allow you to share in an innovative and magical way the couple’s life as they reflect on their past and their excitement for the future.

    Paul and I had an absolutely amazing time at our wedding. We are still getting compliments on the music and the setup of the hall (i.e. The intelligent lighting and the pin lighting for the centerpieces added such a nice touch). Our MC, Paul was professional and prompt. He was so willing to listen to our requests and was incredibly helpful in letting us know each step of the night. The music was amazing! We had guests on the dance floor until the very end. And some of our family members that NEVER want to dance were sweating by the end of the night! When we changed our mind about the type of music at one point of the night Taniel was able to read the crowd well and kept them happy.

    Even our last minute addition of the photo booth (which we are so happy we did) was accommodated by the bb Blanc staff and Paul took care of the set-up, which was incredibly helpful. We are so fortunate to work with both Leann and Summer who were accommodating and understanding. We cannot thank you enough!!!
